An innovative surface surgery
The procedure is based on a simple and reassuring principle: the pigment is not injected into the eye, but rather deposited on its surface, within the corneal tissue.
- Corneal micro-tunnel: Using a Femtosecond Laser, the surgeon creates a circular space (tunnel) with micrometer precision within the corneal stroma.
- Preservation of the iris: The natural iris, pupil, and lens remain completely intact. The intervention is limited exclusively to the peripheral area of the cornea.
- Evolvability: This technique allows for density or shade adjustments during subsequent sessions to refine your result.

Step 01
Comprehensive preoperative examinations
Before any intervention, an eye health assessment is carried out under the surgeon’s supervision (corneal measurement, intraocular pressure, fundus examination). Only candidates with a perfectly healthy ocular structure are declared eligible.

Thanks to our simulation tools, you can visualize your future look. We test the different shades from our color chart on your face to choose the one that best reveals your personality.
Step 03
The procedure (45 minutes)
The procedure is performed on an outpatient basis under local anesthesia. You remain conscious and comfortable throughout the process. After the laser phase, the surgeon gently introduces the pigment into the pre-formed space.
Step 04
Post-operative care
Recovery is quick, similar to laser vision correction. Complete stabilization and perfect integration of the pigments are assessed during the 3-month follow-up.
